Soza community (小子會) is an organization of people pursuing the Way of God as the Ultimate Reality. Soza's purpose of pursuing the Way of God is to experience God as the Ultimate Reality. It is the belief of Soza that God as the Ultimate Reality is experienced through a pure heart. In Soza, prayer, meditation, and all the learning activities are intended to develop a pure heart. Developing a pure heart is not our ultimate goal, but a means to an end. The ultimate goal is to experience God as the Ultimate Reality.

Soza is a non-profit organiztion established in 1983. Running Soza has nothing to do with business or marketing. Soza has absolutely no intention of seeking financial profit by its labors. Soza Temple is a "dao chang (道場)," a place for the study of the Way of God. Dao chang is neither a gym, a studio, nor a social club, but a sanctuary for ascetic learning. Soza is operated through volunteer efforts, donations and sponsorship. All tuition payments collected are used to maintain and improve the temple.

No employee-employer relationship exists in Soza. There are no customers or clients in Soza. A teacher-student relationship is the only relationship in Soza. Soza teacher is not a master. In Soza, a teacher is to be understood as being himself or herself a student of the Way of God, a student who walks ahead of the other students.
